The First Strum is the acoustic we would hand anyone picking up a guitar for the first time, and anyone who wants an easy, dependable everyday player. Its 41-inch Grand Auditorium body sits comfortably under the arm, the cutaway opens up the upper frets, and the spruce top gives a bright, clear voice. A mahogany neck set with a dovetail joint, a bone nut and saddle and a 1.72-inch (43.7 mm) nut width keep it stable and easy to play, and every guitar is inspected and set up before it ships. Choose Natural Spruce with red-brown back and sides, Black, or all-mahogany, with a mahogany top, back, sides and headstock veneer for a warmer, rounder voice, as an acoustic or as an electro-acoustic with a built-in preamp and tuner. It comes in a heavy-padded 0.8-inch (20 mm) gig bag with neck support, with a Nashville cleaning cloth, an Allen key and picks.
