This limited warranty is provided by Spear America LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Nashville Musical Instruments Co. ("we", "us", "our"). All Nashville guitars, Nashville amplifiers, and Broadway by Nashville digital pianos are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
What's Covered
- Defects in materials
- Manufacturing defects
- Electronic component failures (under normal use)
- Amplifier circuitry, controls, jacks, and speakers that fail under normal use
- Structural defects in the body, neck, or cabinet
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage from extreme environmental conditions
- Damage caused by electrical problems such as power surges, incorrect voltage, or unstable power
Protect your equipment. We recommend using a surge protector or power conditioner with amplifiers and digital pianos. Defects caused by electrical problems may not be covered.
How to Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact your authorized Nashville distributor with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. They will guide you through the warranty process and arrange for repair or replacement as appropriate.
Warrantor and Limitation of Liability
The warrantor is Nashville Musical Instruments Co. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Local consumer law may give you additional rights, which this warranty does not affect. The full terms are in the warranty document above.
