Solid spruce over rosewood for a rich, focused classical voice with real depth.
The Luz SG pairs a solid A spruce top with rosewood back and sides: the spruce brings clarity and sparkle, and the rosewood adds depth and a rich low end. Traditional Spanish 7 fan bracing keeps the response even across the strings, and the 2.05-inch (52 mm) nut width gives fingerstyle players plenty of room. Black binding, gold tuners and black buttons set off the dark rosewood. Finished in high gloss, it is inspected and set up before it ships, and comes in a heavy-padded 0.8-inch (20 mm) gig bag with neck support, with a Nashville cleaning cloth and an Allen key.
